Ramadhan Buffet @ Kembali Kitchen, BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral

Located at the 1st floor of Best Western Premier Dua Sentral, Kembali Kitchen is a restaurant that delivers high quality culinary standards in chic, contemporary yet warm dining atmosphere, combining soothing background music and perfect lighting to make your dining experience far more than just food.

In celebration of the holy month of Ramadhan, the restaurant’s brigage of chefs led by Executive Chef Kaffery Othman will take diners on a gourmet journey with a myriad of mouthwatering traditional to international cuisines for your dining indulgence.

Starts from 9 July 2013 to 8 August 2013 from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm, the ‘buka puasa’ buffet priced at 98.00 nett (adult) and RM 49.00 nett (child) features over 60 dishes ranging from appetizers, ulam-ulam & salads, main courses, carving stalls, noodle counter to desserts corner, with four menus rotating daily.
The appetizers counter choices are extensive with Ulam-ulaman with condiments, Tauhu Sumbat, Kerabu Manga Muda, Kerabu Kacang Panjang, Kerabu Daging, Ikan Masin dengan Bawang, Roasted Vegetables, Salad with dressings, Jeruk, Papadum, Keropok, and Sushi Maki Roll.
For mains, one can get a reprtoire of traditional Malay favourites and home recipes such as Daging Rendang Tok Perak, Sup Tulang Rawan dengan Kentang, Udang Galah Lemak Cilipadi dengan Nenas, Kambing Rusuk Kicap Berempah Hitam Manis, Ikan Bakar Berkuah Mentega, and lots more.
Apart from traditional cuisines, there’s also international delights including Roasted Whole Lamb, Grilled Seafood, Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Oyster Sauce, Szechuan Tauhu with Minced Chicken, Sauteed Potato with Herbs Onion Sauce, Braised Mussels Chinese Style, and Seafood Au Gratin.
Noodle lovers can hop over to noodle station for a bowl of mee rebus or pasta. Just request for your choice of pasta: carbonara, meat sauce, marinara or aglio olio, the chef will cook for you on the spot upon order.
There’s one Indian stall at the corner of the buffet line, with an Indian chef preparing chaphati for diners. Quite hidden that you will easily miss it out, so make sure you browse through every stall and ask for a piece of freshly prepared, fluffy yet doughy chaphati with delicious condiments- minced lamb sauce, vegetables dahl, both highly recommended.
Come to desserts, be ready to be spoilt with delectable sugar rush- Fruit Tartlet, Marble Cheese Cake, Coconut Pudding, Chocolate Brownie, Croissant Pudding, Strawberry Swiss Roll, Creme Brulee, Honeydew Compote, Ice Kacang, Ice cream and Bubur Kacang Hijau.
