Some of the highly recommended favourites and signature cocktails including the Long Island – classic shake of vodka, rum, triple sec, gin, tequila and a splash of lemon juice topped with coca-cola, Toblerone – chilled sweet dessert cocktail, a mixture of Frangelico, bailey, Kahlua, milk honey and cream, Dark & Dimmed – a mixture of Guiness Stout, vodka and coca-cola sweetened by Tia Maria liqueur and Espresso Martini – fine shake of espresso, vodka, Kahlua and Frangelico.
