Selera Malaysia Buffet Dinner @ Gobo Chit Chat, Traders Hotel KL

From 18th June to 16th July 2015, enjoy Ramadhan buffet dinner at Gobo Chit Chat , Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur in conjuction with a time when Malaysians gather with their friends and families to celebrate the month of love and friendship.

Gobo Chit Chat Selera Malaysia Ramadhan buffet dinner is available from 6.30pm till 10.30pm daily, featuring a wider spread of Malaysian cuisines such as chicken curry and beef rendang with our hawker stalls highlighting famous Malaysian dishes: “Goreng-goreng” is a stall for fried itmes; “Nasi Briyani” is the place where Traders Hotel KL chefs will showcase authentic briyani rice; “Manisan”, a station for local desserts: and “Rojak Sotong Kangkung”, a Malaysian salad dish whose main ingredients are squid and water spinach.

During our visit to Gobo Chit Chat buffet dinner, everything is good, and we must say that the two huge pots of Chilli Crabs and Butter Milk Crabs steal the limelight. Lots of praises over their crabs, and they are polished clean in a jiffy. But no worries as the kitchen replenish them quickly.

Our buffet dinner in Gobo Chit Chat began with ceasar salad, mixed greens from Salad Bar, and some Malaysian appetizer like acah buah, ulam-ulaman with sambal and kerabu.

We then moved on to the Japanese Station which showcases a row of alluring sashimi, sushi and maki.

Deep fried item like ebi tempura, chicken karaage, etc are available next to the sashimi section.

For hot dishes, enjoy tastebud tickling Malay delicacies including Sambal Petai Udang, Rendang Daging, Ayam Masak Merah, Ikan Merah Asam Pedas, Kurma Kambing, Ketam Masak Lemak; as well as Chinese delights like Braised Hong Kong Noodles, Glutinous Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Kung Pou Chicken, Poached Chicken in Light Soy Sauce and Stir Fried Cabbage.

Apart from local delicacies, Traders Hotel Ramadan buffet also lines up a plethora of international dishes, such as BBQ baked spring chicken, roasted lamb leg and grilled seabass with salsa, Grilled Summer Vegetables with Feta Cheese, Grilled Chicken with Chili Cream Sauce, Sirloin Beef Steak with French Beans, Onions Gravy.

Save some room for delectable desserts, covering both local Nyonya Kuih and Western desserts. Cucur Durian, Pisang Goreng, Pulut Durian, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Oreo White Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu, Mango Tartlet, Cheese Filo Pastry are some of the choices on dessert counter.

The menu is on rotation basis, hence there is always a chance to re-visit Traders Hotel buffet to sample different food selections. It is priced at RM119nett per adult from 18th June to 21st June 2015, and RM129nett per adult from 22nd June to 16th July 2015. One dines for free for every group of six persons.
