Theme Aneka Rasa, the buffet will feature over 150 Malaysian dishes, specially crafted by Chef Nazib and Chef Sanjay using timeless family recipes. Walk through the various food stations and live stations that span from indoor to outdoor dining of JP Teres, try them all and find your favourites.

Begins with the appetizers and local salads. Kerabu Taugeh, Kerabu Perut, Kerabu Kacang Panjang, Kerabu Daging, Kerabu Pegaga, Salad Sotong, Gado-gado and ulam-ulaman, accompanied by sambal belacan, sambal manga, Chef Nazib signature sambal gesek, sambal ketuk, sambal kerisik, budu, cincalok, assorted Indian chutney and Cili Kicap.

Next, enjoy highlighted delicacies like Ayam Percik, Kepah Masak Lada Hitam, Ekor Asam Pedas, Labu Masak Lemak from Malay selection; Chef Sanjay signature chicken varuval, subz Masala, Matter Paneer from Indian section; Stir Fried King Prawn with Soy Sauce, Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken, Stir Fried Lala, Sweet & Sour Fish, Char Kuey Teow, Stir Fried Mix Vegetables from Chinese hot wok.
