Dry Aged Smoked Mackerel, Signature BBQ Ribs, Aromatic Smoked Wings, Smoked Beef Brisket, Salmon Jerky, Flat Bread with Garlic & Herbs served with Mackerel Pate, Smoked Cheese and Housemade Sausage – each item is laboriously prepared, beyond your usual barbecue item.
350g BBQ Ribs, marinated overnight with imported European herbs and slow-smoked for 24 hours with mangrove wood to achieve that fall-off-the-bones tenderness, locked with juiciness from deep within. Must-try.
Dry Aged Smoked Mackerel – whole mackerel dry-aged for 48 hours, then carefully grilled over charcoal. Moist, juicy flesh contrasted by thin crispiness at the outer layer. Remind us about the traditional Japanese robatayaki.
Chicken Wings, brushed with fruity-based homemade BBQ sauce.
House-made sausages might not look appealing, but taste really awesome. A trio of Lamb Sausage, Beef Sausage and Chicken Sausage – smoked cajun style. We especially enjoyed the Chicken Sausage encased with coarse chopped meat for better bites.
Seafood, meat and greens on a skewer, all grilled to perfection over blazing hot charcoal. Prawn, squid, salmon with lemon slice, oyster with garlic butter & chives, chicken roulade, chicken & leek, beef tenderloin, smoked duck, grilled whole eggplant with garlic butter & chives, shitake mushroom, padron pepper, pineapple and chicken wing – more than a dozen of choices. We don’t mind returning more.

Smoked Duck Fiesta Pizza (RM32), Classic Margherita Pizza (RM28) and Quattro Formaggi Pizza (RM40) – Place order for your favourite and the kitchen will get the flip & toss started. We were told that Le Pont’s pizza is baked at 400 degree celsius in an imported wood fired oven for a fuller, aromatic finish.
Following that, we also had Seafood Soup Du Tomate (RM25), an awesome addition to our dinner. Comforting bowl of seafood loaded soup, pairing pan seared Norwegian Salmon, mussles, clams and prawns with rich, appetizing tomato-base soup.
End our meal sweet with Baileys Tiramisu Tango (RM26). Love how Le Pont Smoke & Grill Bar takes extra effort in concocting this classic Italian dessert with own creativity, using smoked mascaropone cream, plus a shot of Baileys on the side to heighten up the overall flavours.
