Lemon Garden at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, the restaurant that offers one of the best buffets in KL is introducing its own Seafood “Eat-All-You-Can” with Live Cooking Stations to satisfy your discerning tastebuds.

Different from Lemon Garden’s previous buffet serving concept, the latest eat-all-you-can features a la carte buffet style, whereby you will make your order from the menu list, food will be prepared fresh and served warmly to your table. Definitely a plus point for safer, hygienic dining as we adapt to the new normal.

Carrying over 60 types of dishes from local to Japanese, Indian, Western delights, there’s surely something for everyone. Get started with Salad & Cold Cut including Classic Caesar Salad, Mango Kerabu, Thai Papaya Salad, Cucumber Salad with Grilled Beef Steaks, Cold Cut Meat Platter and Smoked Fish Platter.

Continue with highlight of the buffet – Seafood! Help yourself with unlimited serving of freshly sucked US Oyster, Chilled Lobster, Mud Crab with Soy-Miso Dip, Shrimp Cocktail, Norwegian Salmon Sashimi, Ahi Tuna Sashimi and Salmon Aburi Nigiri.

From the Grill, whet your appetite on Australian Beef Flank Steak, Australian Lamb Chop, Baked Norwegian Salmon, Seabass Fillet and Confit Duck Leg. Complete with side dish from Extra – Grilled Broccoli, Cumin Orange Roasted Carrots, Roasted Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Warm up the tummy with Nyonya Laksa – a spicy-licious bowl of curry with yellow noodles, chicken, dried bean curd, boiled egg, prawns and chicken. Do try out Wanton Noodle Soup with barbecued chicken, shrimp dumplings, choy sum; and Ipoh Hor Fun with rice noodle, prawns, chicken, bean sprout and chicken broth too.

So happy to be able to sip on our favourite double-boiled soup from the Wok & Steam Chinese kitchen again! Our must-have every time we are here. You can choose from Snow Pear and Chicken Soup, Winter Melon Soup and Chicken Herbal Soup.

Tuck into Steamed Grouper, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Penang Char Kway Teow, Salted Egg Yolk Prawn and Wok Fried Seasonal Vegetable churned from the same Chinese section.

For local delicacies, we recommend Malaysian Satay, Chicken Tikka, Ayam Kapitan Berkentang, Paneer Butter Masala, Mihari Cosht and Kari Kepala Ikan.

Move over to the Pasta cooking station for Chicken Bolognaise, Mushroom and Smoked Beef Brisket, Arrabiata and Smoked Salmon and Zucchini pasta. Pick your favourite toppings such as Margherita, Spicy Beef, Smoked Duck and Mushroom & Spinach for delicious pizza!

Save room for dessert. Even though Lemon Garden buffet’s iconic dessert room is currently on “rest days”, you can still indulge into some of their signature sweet treat such as Crème Brulee, Chocolate Lava Cake, Bubur Cha Cha, Banana Fritter with Vanilla Ice Cream & Gula Melaka Syrup, Coconut Sticky Rice and Ice Kacang.
