Bobalicious Smoothies @ Paradigm Mall (Invited Review)

July 30, 2012 by summerkid_summergirl

Located right opposite to Tesco Paradigm Mall, Bobalicious is an ideal place for grabbing a healthy drinks or quick meal after a fruitful grocery shopping at Tesco. Although the shop is small with only a few tables for dine in, the menu is prepared with care and take away is always welcomed when the place is full.

Bobalicious started off in Tropicana City Mall, selling healthy fruit juice for city people which barely takes in fruits, vegetables and fibres. Their menu is soon expended with some light meals like sandwiches and pasta, and follows by new outlet in Ikano Power Centre which serves fruit juice and Chinese food at In The Bowl next to it. Now, they arrive at Paradigm Mall to continue their healthy mission.

Same as the main outlet, Bobalicious in Paradigm Mall also serves healthy fruit drinks such as Peach Cooler, Berries Blast, Avocado Delights and Matcha Crunch. Blended with few types of fruits, their fruit smoothies taste nothing odd but refreshing with a brand new delightful taste that surprises your palate.

Among the choice available are:

1. Cappuccino Fantasy- Cappucino, Roasted Hazelnuts, Oreo with Low fat Milk
Price: RM 9.90

2.Peach Cooler- Peach, Lemon with Yogurt + Low Fat Milk
Price: RM 7.90

3 Berries Blast – Blueberries, Strawberries with Yogurt + Low Fat Milk

4. Avocado Delights – Avacado, Peach, Banana with Yogurt + Low Fat Milk

5. Matcha Crunch – Pure Green Tea, Matcha, Oreo with Low Fat Milk

Caesar Salad (RM7.90)
Start off your meal with the Caesar Salad, a healthy pick where tomatoes, eggs, greenish salad and croutons being tossed together in creamy thousand island sauce, sprinkled with cheesy cheese powder for extra flavor.

Egg Mayo Sandwich (RM7.90)
After the salad, if you prefer some light but healthy mains, try on the egg mayo sandwich. It has three layers bread sandwiched with ham, cheese, eggs and vegetable, cut into triangular shape and served together with nachos. Simple yet filling.

Bolognese Baked Cheese (RM12.90)
If you prefer mains with heavier flavor, Bolognese baked cheese will be your choice. The dish has a bed of pasta topped with tomato meat sauce and melted cheese, so irresistible flavorful. The cheese gives a long tail when scooping up, emitting cheesy aroma in the air.

Chicken Lasagna (RM12.90)
Another cheezy mains that one shall try out will be the Chicken Lasagna. Lasagna layered with tomato sauce and chunks of chicken meat, then topped with cheese baked to golden brown. Cheesy melted cheese, sourish tomato paste and pasta get into a perfect match that kids and adults will like it equally.

Turkey Ham Olio (RM9.90)
The turkey ham olio is kept simple and light, where spaghetti is sautéed together with olive oil, mushroom, and chicken ham. Nothing special, but al dente.
Tabasco Tomyam Pasta (RM8.90)
The best dish of the day goes to Tabasco Tomyam Pasta, where spaghetti is drowning in sourish and spicy tomyam sauce. It is unique and rich in taste, portion is good enough to fill your stomach.
