Celebrate 2015 New Year @ Villa Danieli, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Usher in the New Year of 2015 at Villa Danieli, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel and feasting on their delightful burst of refreshing Italian gourmet.

This Tuscany styled Italian restaurant, lead by Executive Sous Chef, Kamaruddin Adnin, will whip up spectacular New Year Day brunch featuring 4-Course Set Dinner with Antipasto Buffet on 31st December 2014, and exciting New Year Day Brunch.

New Year Eve’s dinner is priced at RM230++ per pax, with additional RM150++ for wine pairing. The dinner comes with a selection of antipasto buffet including Homemade smokey rosemary salmon with orange cinnamon drizzle, Spinach frittata with summer vege oil, Tangy lemon color spiral pasta salad, Wood oven roasted assorted potato salad with anchovy, shallot and garlic oil, etc..

Meanwhile, the exclusive New Year Day brunch is only available on 1 January 2015, 12pm – 3pm at Villa Danieli and it is priced at RM138++ per person (food only). Top it up with an additional of RM220++ and your dining experience will be enhanced with bottomless house wine, champagne, draught beer, juices and soft drinks.

The New Year Eve’s menu is followed with Mascarpone and spinach ravioli sided with marinated Mediterranean vegetables, sage butter top with foie gras terrine and green pea foam.

For mains, choose between Oven roasted Australian beef Striploin with Gnuddi, soffritto in beef jus, parmesan shaved and extra virgin olive oil…

Or Pan seared swordfish, braised mix lentil, sautéed fennel with asparagus, black kalamata olive and smoked green pepper puree.
