Nerofico, being the newest entertainment venue in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, showcasing the best in local, regional and international musical talents and comedy shows with good bands performance. This place has no doubt turned to be one of the best neighbourhood listening rooms and fabulous space to appreciate live music and acts in a laid back environment with good Italian food.
And now, Nerofico has turned 3!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY~~
To celebrate this great moment, Nerofico held a party bash with free flow drinks, food, and great music, comedy, story telling all night long! Thanks to Dharshini from Alice George Communication for inviting us to the party.
Empty at 7pm, but by 8pm, the hall turned lively with guests and music!
The night is hosted by vivacious Edwin Sumun or known as “Shelah!”. He is Malaysia’s famed comedian, spokesperson, stage designer, crooner, director and emcee. Not to forget, she owns a radio show on BHM 89.9. Great to see Shelah! in person!
Nerofico General Manager, Michele Griffo launched the opening ceremony.
The party was followed with story telling with the “BIG FISH” series by Elaine Foster of Poetry Slam.
What I remembered most from her story was : “Add liquor to your Nescafe, the taste is fantastic”. We’ll try that out one day, hehe.
Live performances by Elvira Arul, John Thomas Trio and International band, Q Sound. The band and the singing were both awesome. Big applause!

Besides fantastic performance, what else lined up for that night? Of course free flow of drinks! Arrays of drinks waiting for guests at the bar counter, cocktails, fruit juice, wine, beer, just to name a few.
Guests were also treated with some canapes such as (starters) caprese skewers, deep fried calamari and zucchini with tartat sauce, spicy sausage Nerofico, bruschetta trio and pizza, (mains) lasagna salmon guazzetto and meat balls in tomato sauce, (desserts) tiramisu, cheese cake and pannacotta.
