During the fasting month, it is popular in Malaysia that locals from all over the town will flock to “Ramadan Bazaar” to purchase delicious comfort street food back home, and enjoy with their loved one during buka puasa.

Hence, Vasco’s Hilton KL, the popular all-day dining and buffet restaurants in Kuala Lumpur thus transformed, replicating similar concept for the holy month of Ramadan, but as buffet with comfortable dining area.

Chef Faizal Ghani, head chef of Vasco’s Hilton Kuala Lumpur is prides to present some of the must-try familiar delights in this Ramadhan buffet, including Hati Ayam Goreng Bebawang, Ikan Tilapia Merah Goreng Berlado, Ikan Semibilang Masak Lemak Tempoyak and Tandoori Chicken, just to name a few.
