4 Fingers Crispy Chicken Malaysia, Sunway Pyramid

4 Fingers – a famous fried chicken chain from Singapore that has created some hype to this city when they first opened in Malaysia. From Mid Valley to Nu Sentral and the latest outlet in Sunway Pyramid, 4 Fingers satisfies the craving of many fried chicken lovers with their freshly prepared, crispy outside, tender inside chicken.

In conjunction with the Ramadhan month, 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken has launched two special value sets, namely TRIO (*platter for 3 pax) and QUARTET (*platter for 4), both great for sharing.

Our favourite is of course, none other but their Wingettes and Drummettes. You can opt for Soy Garlic, Hot or Mixed. As usual, we go for the mix, so that we can have a taste from both flavours. Chicken in 4 Fingers are prepared fresh, and they only hand-brush the sauces over chicken upon ordering. No artificial flavourings or MSG. Enjoy the crunchy goodness with a piece of mind. LOL.

Soy Garlic Chicken is non-spicy, laden with aroma of soy sauce and a tinge of garlicky hint. Nice but better if they can go lighter on the saltiness. We prefer the Hot version, as we love munching on crispy chicken skin coated with fiery hot flavours. Spicy but addictive. Great to wash down with a cup of refreshing Signature Honey Yuzu drink.

Apart from this sharing set, we add-on few orders from 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken menu, including Tofu & Mushroom Salad, Katsu Chicken Sandwich, crispy calamari, battered shrimps and Kimslaw.

First time checking out Katsu Chicken Sandwich. A different take comparing to usual sandwich, as 4 Fingers replaces squarish bread, round bun, charcoal bread that we normally have with deep fried mantou-like bun. Then stuffed with their signature chicken, lettuce, and housemade kimchi coleslaw. The Kimchi Coleslaw topping over the chicken meat is so on point! It helps to flavour up the entire dish in a pleasant way – mild spiciness, creamy but refreshing.

Battered shrimps and crispy calamaris are another favourite of ours. Not oily, deep fried to golden brown batter jacketing bouncy squid and prawns. Choose to have soy garlic or spicy hot coating.
