This fasting month, The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur is pleased to present its Festive Feast buffet at The Cobalt Room, featuring a sumptuous array of signature dishes from 13 states in Malaysia; and in addition to that, Middle Eastern specialities.

The culinary team will be cooking up a storm, churning out delicacies that celebrate diverse culture and flavours of Malaysia. From Perlis to Penang, Kelantan to Terengganu, Malacca to Johor and all the way to East of Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak, enjoy them all under one roof at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur Festive Buffet.

Indulge in popular local favourites such as Assam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri from Malacca, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak from Pahang, Laksa from Kedah, Nasi Kerabu from Terengganu, Penang Rojak, Pecal Sotong & Kangkung from Johor, and more.

Let’s starts with the famous local appetizers & salads – Melaka Kerabu Kacang Botol Peranakan, Kelantan Kerabu Daging, Kedah Kerau Mangga dengan Udang, Johor Acar Buah, Perak Acar Jelatah, Perlis Kerabu, Sarawak Umai, Johor Pecal Sotong & Kangkung and Ulam-ulaman.

Kambing Panggang, another highlight in The Ritz-Carlton Festive Buffet. Served with Onion & Mint Sauce, or Black Pepper Sauce.

Not to forget is the Arabian Corner, showcases memorable hummus, shish kebab, briyani chicken, lamb shawarma and chicken shawarma from Al Halabi.
