Vasco’s Hilton Kuala Lumpur Buffet Dinner is bringing back their Best of Smokehouse BBQ promotion, featuring beef brisket, lamb ribs, sausages and more!

Available from 1 September till 9 October 2019, Vasco’s Hilton Kuala Lumpur will be hosting the best of Smokehous BBQ again, highlighting an array of traditional Southwestern-style grilled meats as part of their international buffet.

The dinner buffet is priced at RM188nett per adult; RM68nett per child (aged 6–12). Available daily. Add-on RM120nett to enjoy free flow beverage including selected red wine, white wine, beer by bottles, soft drinks, and chilled juices.

Let’s begin the meaty feast! Indulge into different types and cuts of meat from various South Western American states, where each has its own unique sauce, rub and cooking style.

Texas Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Lamb Ribs and Smoked Beef Sausage– traditionally cooked over mesquite wood. Kansas City uses hickory wood, its own rub mix, and thick, sweet sauce to create create delicious Kansas Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Beef Ribs and Smoked Whole Chicken.

While for Memphis, they are known for sticky-finger experience with smoked dry and wet ribs, and pulled meats served with a soft bun. Alabama keeps it simple with chicken and soft meat sandwiches, such as Shredded Smoked Chicken Breast Sandwich. Also big on white meat, Louisiana is all about jerked chicken and BBQ chicken.

Top your plates with Sweet Potatoes, Corn Hush Puppies, Collard Green, Mac & Cheese, Skillet Corn Bread as sides; and Further flavour up your favourite meat with Texas BBQ Sauce, Kansas-style BBQ Sauce, Memphis-Style BBQ Sauce, Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Carolina Style Sweet Sauce, Sweet Mustard Sauce, Kentucky Style BBQ Sauce.
