Featuring over 50 dishes from 9 live cooking stations, expect a wide variety of local and international delicacies in this buffet, prepared upon order and delivered straight to your table, for your dining please and safety.
Each station offers different choices – salad, soup, signature noodles, Assam Pedas Melaka, Burger Slider Hut, Ho Liao Ho Chiak, Legendary Biryani Gam, Teppanyaki Hot Plate, Griiled Goodness, Buona Giornata la Italiana and Sweet Crescendo.
For salad, you can have an option of Classic Caesar Salad topped with Condiments, Mesclun Salad with Tomato, Onion, Red Raddish & Yuzu Dressing, Deconstructed Thai Beef Salad with Spicy Dressing. Sup Tulang Rawan is must have here -tummy-warming, hearty spiced bone broth.
We had repeated order for Chef Signature Assam Pedas Melaka, because it tastes so good! Diners can request for x1, x2 or x3 spiciness level, and have either salmon fillet, Sea Bass Fillet, Whole Prawns or vegetables cooked in this rich, spicy and flavourful broth. Recommended.

Steamed dim sum in basket is available too! Just two choices, but nice to have our Chinese-favourites in between local and Western delight indulgence.
Burger Slider Hut, a section that both children and adult alike will love. Enjoy either beef patty, chicken patty, chickpeas & potato patty sandwiched within mini, fluffy bun. Not to forget, spaghetti and pizza in various flavours; plus Teppanyaki Hot Plate for Japanese food cravings fix.
Minute steak, grilled lamb slice, grilled chicken wings, grilled prawns, grilled salmon fillet, grilled seabass fillet, grilled vegetables. Served with garlic mashed potato, vegetables and pairing sauce of mushroom sage jus, or hickory BBQ sauce.
Dessert is the most interesting part of this buffet. You got more than just usual chocolate cheesecake, sponge cake or whatsoever. Nook goes creative for the sweet.
Teh tarik ice cream, air batu campur with milo tabur – sounds not bad huh. Go try it out yourself.
