Held throughout the month of October and November seven days a week during lunch and dinner, this buffet will spoil you will choices of claypot and sizzling dishes together with selections of dim sum, soups, noodles, rice, meat dishes and desserts. All dishes are prepared by Chef Patrick Ng, a Chinese cuisine chef which has more than 20 years of cooking experience. By using his secret techniques in preparing seven recipes of claypot and seven different sizzling dishes to bring out the best flavours in each food, your Chinese dining experience in this five star’s hotel restaurant will definitely an enjoyable one.
Crabmeat soup with mushroom
Warm up your stomach with a bowl of soup which seems plain but with lots of hidden ingredients- egg floss, mushroom and crabmeat that added seafood freshness to the soup.
Fish Soup with Pepper and Herbs in Claypot
Or you can pick the fish soup which is boiled using various types of herbs and peppers, light but nourishing.
Pan Fried Prawn with Glass Noodle and Roast Garlic in Claypot
The girl’s favourite dish in the buffet. Putting aside the pan fried prawn which is fresh and succulent, what attracts us more is the glass noodle that is drenched in a bed of thick savoury sauce that is creamy, milky and buttery. Coupled so well with the silky smooth noodles but not cloying at all.
Pan Fried Sliced Beef with Hot and Spicy Szechuan Sauce on Hot Plate
Cut into bite sizes and pan fried with Szechuan sauce, this hot and spicy dish spiced up our taste bud while making us asking for more.
