The Santa Margherita Wine Estate was founded in the 1930s by Gaetano Marzotto. Marzotto set out to make wines from a single varietal that spoke of the region as much as the grape. Today, Santa Margherita wines are known for their easy drinking and great accessibility along with their modern winemaking edge. They are available worldwide in over 70 countries.
Tease your taste buds with this five-course set menu comprising of Smoked duck breast with caramelized apple, mint and berries coulisse, Button mushroom crusted with mascarpone, goat cheese, rocket salad and herbs oil and Ox tongue timable with gherkin, roasted cherry tomato, sour parsley pesto and balsamic reduction to be paired with Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio D.O.C; Squid ink agnaloti stuffed with cream cod in parmesan sauce and crispy shimeji to be paired with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico D.O.C.
For the mains, you can choose between Crispy skin salmon with spinach, chickpea, glazed Belgium endive and orange reduction and Honey lamb ribs with gorgonzola mashed potato, roasted vegetable and natural jus to be paired with Ca’del Bosco Carmenero. Finally, end your meal with the Lemon crème chiboust with sable crumble and strawberry sauce to be paired with Illyquore Coffee Liquor.
