Our first visit to White House Kitchen at Kota Damansara was memorable, as we devoured in a few delicious fares such as the chicken roulade, beef ribs and bread pudding. We went back for the second time, and more than happy to found that White House Kitchen is now “Bacontarian Friendly”, means pork dishes are now available on their newly revamped menu.
Sombrero: Nacho’s with Cheese (RM17.90+)
Our meat started with Nacho’s and cheese, a crunchy bites of Nacho’s drenched over with White House Kitchen signature chilli con carne, cheese jalapeno pickles and special cheesy sauce that promotes a soft texture contrast. An addictive, cheesiness overloaded appetizer that is best sharing with friends to avoid cloying feel.
Signature Flamming Sticky Pork Ribs (RM36.80+)
Marinated for 24 hours, the pork ribs is deeply infused with flavours. Slightly let down for the pork ribs is rather dry, but thanks to the sauce that managed to fix the shortage. Served with fries, mash and roasted vegetables.
Porky’s Pork Burger (RM28.80+)
Indulge into this giant burger that has homemade pork patty, pork bacon, sunny side up, pineapple rin, melted cheese and apple coleslaw sandwiched within two toasted sesame bun, gracefully smothered with thick brown sauce for an extra burst of flavour.
The Hot Chick (RM38.80+)
The Hot Chick was our favourite among all. Carefully barbequed till golden brown, the process has all the moisture on skin dried up to obtain a crispy crackling surface that pairs pleasantly with the tenderly soft meat beneath. Served with roasted vegetables and potatoes.
Apache’s Rack of Lamb (RM44.90+)
Move on with Apache’s Rack of Lamb, a generous portion of lamb racks that is marinated with herbs & spices, then beautifully grilled to result in slightly charred surface. Juicy with minimal gamey taste, the meat laced with a layer of fat at sides for a more gooey sensation.
