Morganfield’s, the place for mouth watering pork ribs in Malaysia is moving in a rapid pace to satiate the palates of ribs lovers with the opening of its 4th outlet at eCurve, Mutiara Damansara. Dr. Jeffrey Goh, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Morganfield’s was on hand to launch this forth outlet under the theme of “Cowboy Ribfest” on 25th April, together with renowned celebrities.
This forth outlet is by far the biggest Morganfield’s outlet in Malaysia, stretched out for over 6000 sq. ft. featuring double storey dining areas that could accommodate up to 250 to 300 guests at one time. A stage has been incorporated for live band performance, hence patrons can enjoy great music performed by in house band every Friday and Saturday night. Started in the year of 2012, Morganfield’s is now having five outlets in Malaysia, namely Pavillion KL, Gurney Paragon Penang, Queensbay Mall Penang, eCurve Mutiara Damansara, Publika Solaris Dutamas. Not only that, the restaurant has also expanded another outlet in Star Vista, Singapore.
According to Dr. Jeffrey Goh, there will be another two or three more outlets launched in Malaysia and Singapore this year to serve the appetite of ribs lovers from across these two nations. Apart from expanding the market, he said that Morganfield’s will strive to continuously improve and satisfy patrons with more good food and quality dining experience.
The forth outlet in eCurve is not less than having Native American characteristic. Furniture are specially selected, mix and match with wooden elements and earthy tone to sum up a rustic and raw touch.The place is also comes with a full bar, designed for drinkers who wish to have a drink or two. Dining area is separated into indoor and al-fresco, with long tables and benches for larger dining group.
In conjunction with the launch of Morganfield’s forth outlet, new dishes were added to the menu for patrons to savour upon. Spicy Asian BBQ Spare Ribs, the most preffered and highly voted new flavour by diners during the brand’s last campaign; as well as two new flavours of baby back ribs, namely Jack Daniel’s Glazed Baby Back Ribs and Jam Beam Apricot Baby Back Ribs are both in the menu.
To add on the excitement, lamb ribs are now permanently listed on the ala-carte menu too! The perfectly roasted, tenderly soft grilled lamb ribs is not shadowed by the famous pork ribs at all! Morganfield’s doesn’t add new creation for the sake of adding more varieties. In fact, all ribs at Morganfied’s are imported, going through painstaking hours of cooking process before serving to customers. Non conventional method and uncommon spices are used to flavour up the dishes, ensuring unique, delicious flavours.
