Located at the 6th floor of The Gardens Hotel, The Spread offers day dining that showcases a wide selection of local specialities as well as international delights. The restaurant covers buffet breakfast for hotel guests in the morning, weekday buffet lunch during afternoon and for evening, theme buffet is available at special period.
Currently, every Fridays from July to September, The Spread brings you a fun-filled Friday night with BBQ dinner priced at RM65++ per adult, RM32.50++ for child. But of course, if you prefer ala-carte meals, just flip through the menu which is completes with starters, main courses and desserts to choose from.
Fresh Garden Mixed Salad RM22.00
To start the meal, have a plate of Fresh Garden Mixed Salad for sharing. Lettuce, carrot, tomato, onion, cheese, boiled egg tossed in your choice of dressing- French, Italian, Thousand Island, Balsamic Vinaigrette. You can also warm up the belly with interesting soup selection such as Ginseng Soup, Malaysian Mamak Sup Ekor, Tomato & Seafood.
Aglio Olio RM32.00
Get a choice of spaghetti, fettuccini, farfalle or penne cooked in garlic, chilli flakes, parsley and olive oil with fresh, bouncy prawns. The end product is a bit saucy, though we prefer a drier version but overall still passable as the spaghetti is handsomely coated with essential flavours of Aglio Olio.
Chicken Gorden Bleu RM35.00
A healthier version of Chicken Gorden Bleu as the deep fried breaded chicken breast is stuffed with creamy spinach aside from the usual turkey ham and cheese. Served along with brocoli, mashed potato and rich corn sauce.
Canadian Cod RM68.00
Indulge in pan fried Canadian Cod that features a crisp edge, flaky soft fillet. Comes with a side of sauté vegetables, parsley potato and ginger Shoyu sauce. Other seafood options including Fish and Chips, Grilled Salmon and Portugese Baked Fish with Rice.
