Theme as “Selera Pantai Timur with Chef Zamzani” ( A Journey of Malaysian East Coast Flavours with Chef Zamzani), Chef Zam has specially crafted a rotational menu to ensure excellent variety and great tastes from the East Coast, only at Serena Brasserie at InterContinental for two weeks before the theme continued by the kitchen team for the rest of the Ramadan month.
Have a tantalizing start with tummy-warming soup lik Malay Ox Tail Soup, then proceed to appetizers that line up Kerabu Mango Muda, Paru Goreng Berempah, Pecal Jawa dengan Telur Puyuh, Ikan Bilis Goreng Bawang, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Taugeh, Ikan Masin, Ulam-Ulaman with Sambal and Jeruk, just to name a few.
