Roasted Pee Pa Duck 富甲天下（古法琵琶鴨）
We sampled few dishes from Ee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant CNY Menu, and glad that every dish is good especially Roasted Pee Pa Duck and Steamed Live Kerai Fish with Superior Soy Sauce. The former is is clearly the winner among all, proved as the whole plate was polished clean in a jiffy, with non-stop praises from diners at the dinner table. Glossy crispy cracking skin, layered with tender, flavourful meat beneath, lightly dressed with savoury sweet sauce.
Steamed Live Kerai Fish with Superior Soy Sauce 黃袍加身（金甲吉儸魚）
Steamed Live Kerai Dish with Superior Soy Sauce is equally delicious. Huge in size, but fresh, fleshy soft meat to please. Chef cleverly torched the outer layer to crunchy golden yellow, signifying wealth, good luck and prosperity that fits the Chinese New Year season well.
Braised Homemade Beancurd, Dried Oyster, with Prawns and Vegetables 祥龍賀嵗 （碧綠蝦球金磚蠔士發菜）

Extra effort is put in for this dish to churn out homemade beancurd that calls for a fish paste like texture, differ from the usual silky smooth, melting soft tofu.
