Rock Star Popcorn Shrimp and Braised Beef Brisket Risotto
QUIVO menu covers lovely selection ideal from nibbles to share such as Rock Star Popcorn Shrimp, QUIVO Mini Sliders to individual main course including Tuna Mediterranean Salad, Specialty Philly Style Wagyu Steak Sandwich, Fish & Chips, Roasted Chicken & Wild Mushroom Risotto, Seafood Capellini Pasta and Blue Shell Mussels, just to name a few.

Thanks to the special invitation from the group, we went on a gastronomic journey in QUIVO few weeks ago, savouring few of the signature dishes – Spinach Fondue, Margherita Pizza, Qeema Pizza, Tomato Basil Bruschetta, Mini Crab Cake Burger, Mini Beef Picca, Rock Star Popcorn Shrimp, Mini Falafel Burger, Braised Beef Bris
For appetizer, Spinach Fondue is highly recommended. A combination of baby spinach, roasted red chilies, cream and cheese, loading plenty of rich creaminess that is perfect with homemade crunchy chips.

Qeema Pizza – chicken tikka, red onion, minted yogurt
Pizza is QUIVO is definitely noteworthy, made with finest ingredients – Milano Mozzarella, Portofino Extra Virgin Olive Oil and thin Semonila crust. Baked in wood fired oven for crispy edge, smoky taste, flavoring up with toppings like turkey ham, seafood, lamb koftas, BBQ chicken, chicken tikka, or beef bacon.
Cheers to our wonderful night out in QUIVO with good food, and MadFish wine range. MadFish Shiraz and Sauvignon Merlot are great! Besides, house-blended cocktails and mocktails like Ro-sey Lychee Martini, and the Mangosteen Mai Tai, orchestrated by in-house mixologists through unique concoctions of ingredients are worth trying out too.
