Our must-order is none other but this Macau Pork Chop Bun. Thick, juicy, flavourful pork chops with a little caramelized edges, sandwiched within crusty outside, chewy within halved baguatte bun. Every piece of pork chop in Porco is painstakingly pounded with mallet, tenderizing and flattening the meat to give it a better absorption later when marinated with rice wine, brandy, spices and other secret ingredients. The marination takes about a day. Laborious and time-consuming but it is all worth for the team when seeing happily tuck into their lovely pork chop.

Just a simple side dishes but. Prepared from scratch using onion, garlic, curry powder and many other spices to result in thick, robust flavour curry with beautiful orange-red broth.
