You can look forward to a lunch tailor made by Executive chef Michael Donlevy set with massive ribeye on the bone, a whole roasted rump, chicken en croute and up for dinner inspired by the one and only tv personality executive chef from Chynna – Chef Lam Hock Hin, who will be showcasing his signature, Chinese roasted duck and Chinese style Quail dishes along with Michael’s signature Roast Lamb, both lunch and dinner come with a full international and Asian buffet including the seafood on ice which Vasco’s has gained international exposure for.
The team of Michael and Lam have worked side by side garnering their years of culinary experience through Michelin starred restaurants in Paris to the borders of Shanghai to bring you the infusion of East “Meats” West all you can eat dining experience. Our Chefs have handpicked fresh produce and carefully put together a meaty-goodness menu to wow his guests. The Get Roasted @ Vasco’s is a distinct event planned to showcase the best cuts of meat, in different margination, roasted to perfection with an array of sides and condiments.
