Sunday Seafood Bubbly Lunch – one of the best buffets in town that serves a plethora of freshest seafood with fabulous international selections, We we told that they will be launching Saturday Night Vibes, another cool dining concept in its own style, more than just normal buffet.
Happening every Saturday from 5th August 2017 onwards, Saturday Night Vibes at Shook! strives to deliver some of the best Asian and European cuisine specially curated to tickle your senses, along with original music performance by some of the country’s most talented musicians.
And not to forget, impressive table-to-table magic show that will surely put you in wow.
What makes Saturday Night Vibes noteworthy is signature dishes from Feast Village outlets namely Shook! Fisherman’s Cove, Luk Yu Tea House, Sentidos Gastrobar-The Latin Grill and Khushi spice will be pass around in tasting portions. You get to taste some of the best dishes from several Feast Village outlets in one go!
Just sit back and relax, indulge into Japanese, Chinese, Western, Italian and fusion delights. Get repeat helpings on your favorite dishes, and help yourself with starter, appetizers, desserts and some hot dishes at buffet counter.

Sushi, sashimi, freshly shucked pacific oysters, mussels, prawns, ham slices, crispy calamari, fish anarkali kushi spice, and more, get pampered right from the appetizers.
Snow White Dancing Prawns
A signature creation at Shook!. Fresh prawns jacketed by crunchy deep fried outer layer, further smothered in hot mayonaise and finish with chopped honey glazed walnuts. Bouncy, crunchy, flavourful, we can easily down half a dozen of this.
Fish Anarkali Kushi Spice
Deep-fried fish that is marinated with ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin seeds and lemon juice brushed over fish fillet, deep fried and served with chef’s special homemade mint sauce. A true Northern Indian dish that we can hardly not liking it.
Roasted Garlic Chilli Chicken
Minced chicken, chopped garlic, shallots, and bird eye chilli made into round shape, pan-seared to golden brown. Served over creamy white sauce with crunchy garlic, chopped parsley and Spanish paprika garnishing to add a touch of zest.
Tiger Prawn Skewers Seasoned with Togarashi
Tiger prawns skewered on bamboo sticks, grilled to perfection. Seasoned with seven spices Togarashi, olive oil and a squirt of lemon juice. Recommended.
Go a little Japanese with Teppan Beef. Grain-fed beef tenderloin cooked on sizzling hot Japanese iron grill, flavoured up with shoyu butter sauce. Superb with fragrant fried garlic slices sprinkled over. Nice eating the beef in the original flavour, equally great when dipping with 3 chef special sauce serve together.
Seafood Paella Sentidos
Comforting classic Spanish rice dish cooked with saffron, paprika and seafood stock. Served with fresh Tiger prawns, mussels, clams and squid.
Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Truffle Mash
Wagyu beef cheeks and truffle mashed potatoes – all about premium pairings in this beautiful dish. Beef cheeks are braised till tender, moisten with rich beef gravy and laced with aroma of fresh herbs. Easily melt-in-mouth in few soft munch. Sided with smooth, creamy, truffle mashed potatoes.
King Prawn Noodles
Summergirl’s favourite! Guess she can have 3 to 4 plates of this on her own. Crispy, deep fried to golden brown egg noodles dressed in thick, aromatic, eggy gravy cooked with saute ginger slices, garlic, spring onion. Imagine slurping into noodles graciously soak up with flavours of the gravy, then take a deep bite into fresh, bouncy water prawns. Excellent.
Five Spice Rack of Lamb
Rack of lamb marinated with chef’s special spice mix of caraway, caynne, cinnamon, cumin and corriander, seasoned with salt and pepper before putting to grill. Slightly charred outside, locking in juiciness for succulent lamb meat with minimal gaminess. Served with mashed potatoes.
End the dinner in sweet note with this stunning Shook! Symphony – berry mouse, double chocolate chip cookie, green tea ice cream, brownie, vanilla ice cream, fruits. Other highlights that you should try include Bomb Alaska Cake – a dome shape dessert with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sorbet filling nestled in torched meringue and Crepe Suzette- a simple looking but not to be missed dessert prepared using classic French recipe.
In short, from carefully selected ingredients, high food quality to elegant dining environment, outstanding live performance and staff services, we would say that a dinner treat at Shook! Saturday Night Vibes is definitely worth the price you pay for.
