Food from Perlis to Penang, Kelantan to Terengganu, Malacca to Johor and all the way East to Sabah and Sarawak – this upcoming fasting month, The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur will be presenting signature dishes representative of the 13 states in Malaysia, taking you on a gastronomic journey through colourful Malaysia.
This inaugural Festive Feast will be showcased in the form of an exquisite buffet experience from 15 May to 12 June 2018, at The Cobalt Room, The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur.
Executive Chef Chad-Jan Neuman and his team will be cooking up a storm, preparing well-known dishes from every state. Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri from Malacca, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak from Pahang, Laksa from Kedah, Nasi Kerabu from Terengganu, Rojak from Penang, Kek Lapis from Sarawak, and more, along with Middle Eastern favourites, you can now try them all under one roof.
Embark on this delectable culinary adventure with local appetizers, featuring colourful Kerabu Daging Kelantan, Kerabu Mangga Dengan Udang Kedah, Pecal Sotong dan Kangkung Johor, Kerabu Kacang Botol Peranakan Melaka ,Kerabu Taugeh Perlis, Umai Sarawak and ikan masin.

The buffet serves pretty good Nasi Kerabu Terengganu but noodles are not shadowed too. Reserve a delicious bowl of Lontong Johore, Mee Hoon Sup Utara Perlis from the noodles counter, or add a helping of Mee Hoon Goreng Johor and Mee Goreng Mamak Penang onto your plates.
Other than Kambing Panggang, check out more grilled items like Satay Daging Mamak Penang, Satay Ayam, Ikan Bakar Sabah, Ikan Bakar Cencaru, Ikan Bakar Keli. Personally, we like the Satay Chicken.
