We did not have the luxury of time to join their cooking session during our 3D2N trip in Resorts World Sentosa, but we managed to have a lovely dinner at their famous Crab Sessions!
Sessions ala-carte menu centres around sharing dishes with highlights on ocean-friendly seafood, mainly prepared using Asian cooking methods and recipes incorporating Chinese ingredients like sambal, prawn paste, salted fish, Hua Diao Wine and more.
Nonetheless, main course that are Good For One are available too, such as Grilled Ribeye Steak served with confit vegetables; Grilled Salmon served with Confit Vegetables, Lemon Butter Cream; Pasta with Prawns in a Choice of Tomato Sauce/ Aglio Olio with Garlic & Parsley.

We began our seafood feast with the center stage of Crab Sessions – CRAB, as it is named. There are 3 flavours to choose from – Red Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab and Butter Crab. We had the first 2.

Yas! Our drool-worthy Red Chili Crab arrived in a jiffy!
Sizeable mud crab, dressed in a bed of semi-thick, tangy sweet tomato-ish gravy, laced with subtle spiciness.

Other than crabs cooked in Asian way, you may also want to try out the Louisiana Buckets, with steamed crab, prawns, clams, mussels, sweet corns and potato flavoured up with Louisiana-style sauce, all filled in a bucket.

Ordered half dozen of fried mantou to go with the tasty red chilli crab gravy!
Cereal Crayfish SGD23
A delicious combination of crayfish, cereal, curry leaves, butter and chillies. De-shelled the crayfish and revealed the meaty, succulent meat. Those cereal crunch was so addictive that we were literally scooping off the remaining and eating them like snack.
Salted Fish Fried Rice SGD16
For the carbs-lovers, go for Sambal Fried Rice, Salted Fish Fried Rice or Prawn Fried Rice. Our Salted Fish Fried Rice might look ordinary, but it actually packed a flavourful punch, with pleasing saltiness worked up by salted fish bits.
Southern Crispy Chicken Wings SGD16
Don’t be shy, this basket of finger-licking good Southern Crispy Chicken Wings are best eaten with your hands. Deep fried to golden-crisp on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, boosts of flavours of marination – who doesn’t like this?

End our meal sweet with this photography-worthy, Thai-inspired Asian Bingsu!
Finely shaved, fluffy and snow-like shaved ice, further towered up with pulu hitam, mango cubes, red ruby, sweet Thai egg threads and Thai coconut gelato. Finished with swirls of Thai coconut milk, and Chai Tea sauce at the side.
