Prawns – one of the must have’s during Chinese New Year. It is pronounced as “ha” in Cantonese, which means “ha ha xiu” that symbolizes “a year filled with laughters and happiness”. New World Hotel 2019 Chinese New Year menu doesn’t miss this out, dishing out a lovely plate of deep-fried-to-golden-brown-prawns, further drizzled with wasabi mayonaise for a mild spicy kick.
Assorted Seafood Fried Rice with Anchovies and Tobiko 一團和氣/雙魚海鮮炒飯
Seafood Fried Rice, with anchovies and tobiko for an extra twist of flavours. A healthier option though with reduced saltiness, add some chopped chillies to elevate the overall taste if you wish to.
