Lafite at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, one of the best restaurants in KL that celebrates fine, classic French cuisine with creative twist and an extensive collection of wine, has set to entice your taste buds with a specially crafted “Wine & Degustation” dinner menu, available every last Friday of each month, starting from 22 February 2019.
The dinner features a gourmet 3-course menu, pairing with Maison De Grand Esprit wines carefully picked by wine connoisseur, Jen Lam. Along with the menu, there’s a selection of bread, soup, cheese, meat and dessert – a sweet & savoury treat from the start to the last.

Highlight from the buffet counter. Australian Beef Short Ribs slow-cooked for 48 Hours, resulting is moist, fork-tender meat that goes really well with Red Wine Civet Sauce Parsnip. Suggest to go with smooth, melt-in-mouth Potato Puree and sauteed Baby Vegetables.
It was so delicious that we helped ourselves few rounds to this lovely beef ribs. Must-try.

Crepe Suzette with Grand Marnier, flambe/ Orange Sorbet and Zest
End our meal sweet with freshly made, warm Crepe Suzette flamed with Grand Marnier, served with tangy-sweet dressing and a side of orange sorbet. Recommended.
