Born and raised in Perak, Chef Ron Lean posses strong passion in culinary art since young, which has led him into mastering Chinese cuisine from a tender age of 15. Fast forward to today, he brings with him more than 17 years of vast experience to the scene of Five Sen5es, aiming to create an exquisite dining experience to all diners.
Together with this team at Five Sen5es The Westin KL Chef Ron Lean presents a new menu that features a series of authentic Chinese delights fused with modern creativity. New ideas, yet keeping the core of traditional recipes.

Large, fresh prawn, battered and deep fried to lock in juicy, sweetness of this seafood treasure. Further tossed in homemade mayo concocted from egg white, lemon sauce and mango sauce to enhance the overall flavours.
Braised Simiji Mushroom with Homamede Spinach Beancurd
Another star dish for our dinner that evening. Blocks of spinach beancurds, dressed in a bed of rich, creamy homemade pumpkin gravy with shimeji mushroom.

Chilled Peach Gum Soup with Red Date and Longan in Coconut
