Munched is a home-based baker, specializes in artisan sourdough and kombucha brewing.
They offer quite a variety for their sourdough menu, from plain to savoury and sweet. Go for basic Plain, Multigrain, Seeded; or savoury sourdough flavoured up with Roasted Garlic, Cheese, Caramelized Onion, Olive, Roasted Garlic and Cheese, Sun-dried Tomato and Cheese, Walnut and Cheese, Shallots and Cheese, Miso and Nori. We like the Sweet ones, wholesome and nutritious with Cranberry, Raisin, Pumpkin Seed, Red Sugar; Longan, Red dates, Walnut, Red Sugar. Chocolate Hazelnut Sourdough and Chocolate Raisin Sourdough are recommended too. Kids and adults alike would enjoy.
For Kombucha, Munched has created 4 different flavours for now – Passionfruit Pineapple, Watermelon Mint, Honey Lemon Ginger and Seasonal Brew. All are thirst quenching, and Watermelon Mint goes to the top in our list.
Eat on its own, better with scrambled egg, ham, roasted chicken, butter, avocado, etc.. Versatile, plenty of pairing possibilities to go with Munched sourdough. Of how to store your sourdough? You can place them in room temperature (*cool, dry place) for 2 days. Pop them into the fridge and they can last for 2 weeks. If you want to keep them longer, put the loaf in the freezer. Just thaw the bread for a short while before heating up again.
