QQ Snowmix @ Bandar Puteri Puchong [CLOSED DOWN]

April 4, 2012 by summerkid_summergirl

Locating at Bandar Puteri Puchong, QQ Snowfix is another rising Taiwanese desserts shops in Selangor area.
The shop is brightly accomodated with natural light during the day, and the interior is clean and simple with white chairs and tables.
Taipei Big Big Bowl (RM24.90)
Grass Jelly Ice + Taro Ice + Soya Ice + 12 Toppings
Star of the day! A bowl of ice consists of 3 flavors of ice which are the grass jelly ice, taro ice and soya ice with 12 toppings! I kid you not, it is so huge! This giant bowl of ice is meant for sharing. I know the weather is hot and you feel like gobbling down the whole portion by your own. Believe me you can’t finish this by your own. Drag your friends along to enjoy this super size ice series. We had “poon choi” for savory dish, and here we have Taipei Big Big Bowl as “sweet poon choi” ! XD
BEST SELLER:
Grass Jelly Ice Series + Grass Jelly + QQ Taro + Black Creamer (RM6.90)
Grass jelly ice series are on of the best seller in QQ Snowmix . Though it seems simple, but tucking into the chewy taro balls, cooling grass jelly, and icy grass jelly ice brings joy in a hot afternoon.
Taro Ice Series + Red Bean + Peanut + Pearl (RM6.50)
QQ Snowmix is innovative enough to get taro ice to replace normal shaved ice. The sweetness of taro with the smooth pudding, chewy pearl, peanut and red bean gave a brand new taste to this version of ice. Taro lovers should go for this.
Soya Ice Series + QQ Taro + Pearl + Barley (RM6.50)
The soya infused shaved ice give a light creaminess and milky taste.
Sea Amber Jelly Ice with Pearl (RM6.90)
My favourite shaved ice. The slurpy sea amber jelly went down my throat instantly, giving a refreshing feeling. The addition of Gula Melaka syrup made this bowl of ice more lovely.
QQ Taro Ice Series + Red Bean + Taro + Pearl (RM6.50)
Lemon Jade Jelly Ice (RM5.50)
A combination of sour and sweetness, with chewy and smooth jelly. Very good choice to reduce body heat.
DOUHUA SERIES:
Dou Hua Series + Pearl (RM4.90)
One of the combination in Dou Hua Series. Other than pearl, you can have red bean, green bean, peanuts, black glutinous rice, barley, sweet potato, taro, lotus seed, grass jelly, QQ taro or mix of any of the 3 ingredients.
TAIPEI FEATURES DESSERT:

Taiwan Black Sesame Soup + QQ Taro (RM5.90)
Getting nice sesame soup nowadays is quite hard as many use instant sesame powder in preparing sesame soup. QQ Snowmix version is quite nice with the fragrant sesame taste and smooth flavor.
Grass Jelly Soup + QQ Taro + Pearl + Peanut (RM6.90)
Not into icy grass jelly? Then try the hot grass jelly soup. The soup is so soothing to the throat, with a hint of herbal fragrance.
Besides ice and soup, QQ Snowmix  also provides a variety of light snacks for you to nibble on.
Taiwanese Style Fried Chicken (RM6.50)
Very tender bite size chicken coated with pepper salt and chilli powder. One little down side is the fried chicken might tasted a bit salty.
Tempura (RM5.90)
Fish based fried snack, which is also addictive with the pepper salt drizzle over the tempura.
Taiwan Sweet Potato Stick (RM2.50)
Left – Taiwanese Egg and Hordog Roll (RM4.50)
Right – Taiwanese Egg and Chicken Roll (RM5.50)
Variety of assorted drinks sold here as well starting from the price of RM4.90.
