Diners will have the chance to savour an array of delicious delicacies, prepared in various cooking styles and techniques by the chef and his team. The menu has been created to evoke the sensory experience of exploring the abundantly stocked market stalls of the Jalan Binjai Bazaar, a street famous for its bazaar during Holy month in the 1990‘s, selling dishes enjoyed by the city’s Islamic population after breaking their religious fast.
