For starter, diners can enjoy various types of kerabu, ulam-ulaman with condiments, ikan masin, telur masin, green vege as well as Western cold dishes including sliced ham, smoked salmon, seafood on ice, chicken salad, potato salad and many more.
Move on to the main dish, one can get gulai ikan talang masin dengan terung, udang goreng bersambal, lidah goreng cili padi, hati goreng sambal, ikan masak pedas, rendang kuala kangsar and many more.
We like the rendang daging tok- Succulent beef chunks gracefully coated with spicy, creamy rendang gravy, so appetizing and best to go with a plate of fluffy, fragrance nasi briyani gam.
Gulai ikan talang masin dengan terung is good too, with fleshy fresh fish in spicy curry gravy. There’s lots of rendang and gulai dishes on the buffet line, which is what we always like about in Ramadhan buffet, as we get to savour the traditional Malay spicy goodness from different states in Malaysia all in one place, regardless of North or South.
