Smoked Salmon Rosette proves to be a new creation, combining mushroom, salmon and honey tomato to create a creamy, smoky and juicy pairing that surprisingly earns a pleasant flavour.

Scoop on a bowl of Boston Oyster Leek Soup with Santa Bread Roll to warm up the stomach before moving on to mains. The smooth surface of soup looks no different from any other mushroom soup, taste is as creamy, subtle. But do dig for the treasure hidden beneath. There’s huge fresh oyster! A new shift of oyster from the cold platter counter into hot dishes. Interesting.

For mains, pile the plate with Christmas pizza, Roast Duck with Apple Sauce, Pan Seared Lamb with Garlic Soubise, Charboiled Chicken with Red Pepper Coulis, Mussel Florentine and Christmas Fried Rice, Broccoli with Turkey Smoked Sauce and, Buttered Prawn with Coconut Flakes, just to name a few.
