Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites Subang houses a few restaurants like The Inn of Four Seasons Chinese Restaurants that serves delectable Cantonese dishes and dim sum; CIBO Ristorante Italiano that allows you to indulge in fine Italian food; Lobby Lounge, Little Cuba, La Vida Lounge and the most popular restaurant will be the Palm Terrace Coffee House.

Open 24 hours, Palm Terrace Coffee House tantalizes diners’ taste buds with their àla-carte menu that features a wide range of dishes from local, Western to Continental flavours. The Palm Terrace Coffee House also has an elaborate spread of daily buffets for breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinners.

The restaurant is cozy and spacious, with marble tables and comfy rattan cushion chair in the dining area.

The buffet line is separated into few sections which are the starter, mains, dessert, live cooking station, and so on.

The breakfast run on arrays of Western and local cuisines. Diners can pile the plate with sausages, baked beans, scrambled egg, sliced ham and toasted bread with jam and butter to sum up a hearty BIG breakfast.

There’s a life cooking session where patrons can opt for egg-the-way-you-like such as sunny side up, omelette, scrambled egg or poached egg.

Do not miss the Nasi Lemak, as it is so good. The best part isn’t the sambal or the coconut rice, but the creamy and fragrant rendang chicken that renders a flavourful concoction that pairs so well with rice.

From 11.30am to 5pm, the restaurant continues with lunch and hi-tea buffet with the theme Malaysian Hi-Tea for this October, November and December. As the buffet is named, the choices comprises of cuisines from three main races in Malaysia, including sayur campur, Kari ayam ala Nyonya, Stir Fried Beef with Ginger and Bitter Gourd, Enchi Kebin Nyonya Style, Pakoda, Mutton Varuval, and Vadhai.

Chit Kut Teh serves as the highlight in this buffet, for the restaurant has brilliantly transformed this non-halal Chinese favourite into pork free, chicken version. This has provided a chance to non-Chinese to try out the robust, nourishing soup boiled with different types of herbs.

Palm Terrace Coffee House’s version is light and on a sweeter side, generously loaded with beancurd, mushrooms, chicken, beancurd sheets, etc. To be truth, the taste stills can’t beat the real version, but big claps to the chefs for putting an effort in inventing the chicken version, giving a concept to others on how this Chinese cuisine tastes like.

The restaurant doesn’t call it a day after 5pm, as the kitchen will be busy again, preparing for dinner. For the last quarter this year, Japanese & Vietnamese Cuisines go onto the buffet table, priced at RM97++ per pax.

For Japanese cuisines, diners will be pampered with Kaisen Butter Yaki, Chicken Teriyaki, Saba Shio Yaki, Japanese Beef Curry, Grilled Banana and Sweet Corn, Soba on soy base soup, seafood and vegetable tempura, just to name a few. For Vietnamese cuisines, try on grilled beef in wild betel leave, marinated slice lamb Hanoi style, chicken lemon leaves, Vietnamese fried rice, Vietnamese spring roll, Vietnamese Sour Fish Soup, and more.

After the mains, help yourself with some sweet treat including cheese cake, chocolate cake, sponge cake, vanilla cake, fresh fruits, as well as coffee or tea to soothe the bloated stomach.
