Begin the meal with “Lou Sang”, which is a must have during Chinese New Year dinner, as it signifying prosperity and wealth. Apart from the colourful ingredients, we find the replacement of usual raw salmon, lobster, abalone, jelly fish with smoked salmon is delightful, adding an extra smoky, salty munch to the sweet and crisp concoction.

We like the Fried Chicken with Orange & Honey Mango which is very much similar Lemon Deep fried Chicken with Lemon Saucel, as it gives a touch of tanginess that complement well with the chicken having crispy skin, tender meat.

End the meal with Sweetened Red Bean Cream with Lotus Seed, Chilled Mango Puree with Pomelo Sago and Sea Coconut with Dried Longan & Herbs.
