Claypot Specials at Kembali Kitchen

Whilst clay cooking is coming back as a cooking technique in kitchens around the world because of the distinct flavor and nutritional value of food cooked in them whilst help keep food warm for a longer period of time, Kembali Kitchen at BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral is pleased to relive nostalgic memories with sizzling selection of claypot dishes.

Gather your family and friends and tuck into a selection of heart-warming claypot dishes at Kembali Kitchen. The hotel’s culinary team led by Executive Chef, Jaffery Othman brings a one-of-a-kind dining experience with a clever combination of different cooking methods, ingredients, colors, textures, flavours, tastes, layouts and presentations, aims to ignite nostalgia.

A comforting dish for the whole family, these Cantonese favourite are carefully arranged to complete a memorable culinary journey.
Claypot special menu includes:-
• Claypot Chicken Rice
• Claypot Loh See Fun
• Claypot Yee Mee
• Claypot Porridge (Chicken, Fish or Beef)

The Claypot Special is available from 1 to 30 April 2014 from 12:00 noon to 10.30 pm. Prices start from RM18.00++ per pot.

Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, Kembali Kitchen is a chic, contemporary yet warm atmosphere combined with soothing background music and perfect theatre-style lighting. Kembali Kitchen emphasizes on delivering the highest culinary standards, where dining is about far more than food.
Kembali Kitchen is open seven days a week from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Breakfast: 6.00 am to 10.30 am
Lunch: 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm
Dinner 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
