Pumpkin with Congee and Truffle Oil Soup is highly recommended. Appealing in yellow colour with almost invisible bites of congee, the soup renders a light touch of pumpkin sweetness, bursting with flavour of chicken stock. Even if you were not a pumpkin lover, you could easily fall in love with it.
