What’s so special about Starlight Cinema?

You will be watching movie in opened area, no air-con, no numbered seats but we assure that it is fun! As its name implies, Starlight Cinema is a special festival that brings the whole cinema to outdoor, escalating evening movie watching experience to another level together with sunset, twilights and stars.

For this year, Starlight Cinema is held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club (Paintball Field).You will be sitting on meadow, with starry sky over your head and 10 metre tall screen with surround sound system in front of you. Bring along mat or sleeping bag, pillow or plushie for hug; sit down, lay down, or any posture that makes you feel comfortable as if you were watching movie at home.

Our favourite giant size, colourful Doof Beanbags are also joining the festival, adorning the field with more colours while providing comfy seats for guests. Just the amount are limited, so we suggest you to bring along your own mat. Else, you can always sit on the field.

Apart from great movie, a whole row of food stalls will be stretched out to please your palate. Enjoy your movie with participated stalls like Gong cha, Coffea Coffee, Burger Kaw Kaw, Bad Boy Cooks, Pizza Huts, SUB 18 and Project c! Again, being Samsung Galaxy Life users, there are always exclusive privileges to more freebies and discounts. Check on the app and discover the amount of free food and beverages you can have!

To redeem, first, just launch your GALAXY Life app, choose the food or beverage you wish to redeem. Tap on the REDEEM IT tab. Then, the redemption code will appear. At the same time, the redemption period starts counting down. You have one hour to redeem your freebies . Burgerlab was closed during our visit. A little sad but nevermind..

..There was still Burger Kaw Kaw, one of the best burger in town is in Starlight Cinema festival too!
The queue was extremely long for Burger Kaw Kaw. Summergirl took almost an hour to have the freshly prepared Chicken Burger pass to her hand. But it was all worth it. Oh-so-juicy, Oh-so-delicious! And most importantly, it is FREE! thanks you Samsung Galaxy Life!
