Citarasa Tradisi Ramadhan Buffet 2014 @ Armada Petaling Jaya

Themed “Citarasa Tradisi Ramadhan”, the culinary team lead by Executive Cher, Chew Teik Chye promises a wide varieties of mouth watering traditional delicacies prepared from authentic methods and ingredients, as well as international favoutites.

Begin the gastronomic journey with appetizing assortment of starters from Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Sotong, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Soo Hoon, cincalok to Lemang, Passembor and various jeruk. Spice up the palate with classic sambals, the ones that are rerely seen at urban diners.

For mains, make sure to pile the plate with Armada’s Ramadhan signature classics such as Asam Laksa, Nasi Rempah Berlauk, Udang Klieo, Ketam Masak Gulai Siam, Ayam Golek, Pucuk Paku Masak Ikan Masin, Kari Kepala Ikan, Daging Masak Serai, Ikan Sembilang Panggang Berlada, Rendang Itik, Sup Tulang Rusuk, Nangka Muda Masak Lemak, Sotong Masak Kunyit dan Serai and the all-time favorite Siput Sedut Masak Cili Padi.
