Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Special RM23.90
Here comes the restaurant’s highlight. Shabuton Tei focuses on Shio and Shoyu ramen, where the former emphasizes the thickness and sweetness of original broth, while the later is enhanced with three types of carefully selected soy sauce.
Each and every bowl of Ramen holds on the principle of “Best Harmony” of all ingredients in one bowl. Each element, from the broth, ramen, Ajitama egg to chashu support one another to create harmonious in flavours- the one for all, all for one.

Tonkotsu soup base is prepared in very own method of Shabuton Tei, boiled from pork bones for 12 hours to result in thick, cloudy white broth enhanced with collagen; left overnight to acquire a more well balanced flavours.
Ramen is made in-house using carefully selected wheat flour imported from Japan, painstakingly hand kneaded by ramen chef, left overnight for a day at low temperature to achieve strands of thin, round, chewy and smooth texture noodles- The Hakata style.
Aka Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Special RM23.90
Since water is the most essential ingredient in cooking, Shabuton Tei takes the quality of water seriously. They are pride for using filtered soft water for all cooking, highlighting that soft water bring out the natural ‘umami’ taste of each ingredient, hence, better taste of food.
Of all the flavours, Shio ‘special’ is sweet and rich; Shoyu ‘special’ is flavoured up with light saltiness of soy sauce; Aka Shio ‘special’ is fiery hot, the best among all to us; Kuro Shoyu ‘Special’ is as good, flavour laden with aroma of black sesame.
