Begin the meal with Heirloom tomato, shredded burata cheese, basil pesto & shaving pecorino, smoked black pepper duck breast with sweet plum sauce and semi dried tomato & onion relish.
Continue to tempt your tastebuds with Shred Comfit of Scallop tossed with Radicchio, Cannellini Bean, Australian Grain Feed Braised Beef Cheek with Prunes & Green Peas Mash, Oven Baked Sliced River Trout with Fingerling Potatoes and Sautéed Hericot Verts and many more.
