Celestial Court Chinese New Year Treasure Pot, or more commonly known as Poon Choy definitely steal the limelight, featuring 18 premium ingredients from baby abalones to dried sun scallops, fish Maws, mussels, sea cucumbers, Japanese mushrooms, Chinese mushrooms, sea asparagus, sea prawns, roasted duck, roasted chicken, Hong Kong kai lan, Australian broccoli, Hong Kong nai pak, siew pak choy, fresh scallops, groupers, and Pacific clams.
