Organic Soya Milk Curry Laksa Noodle Set RM23.90
We tried out their Organic Soya Milk Curry Laksa Noodle, highly recommended by the chef. The curry appears in alluring red hot colour, generously topped with organic dou bao, egg plant, tofu pok, long beans and potato.

It comes to a point whereby, Malaysians love curry so much, thanks to its rich, coconuty, spicy broth that opens up the appetite. But it is high colesterol, oily dish that draws unhealthy sign, not ideal to consume too often.

Hence, Be LOHAS takes the effort by replacing coconut milk with organic soy milk, using home made freshly grinded herbs & spices for better taste; infusing grape seed oil as replacement for traditional cooking oil; promoting metabolism by adding organice virgin coconut oil; using unbleanched flour and brown rice vemicelli instead of normal store bought noodles. In case you are not into Chinese delicacies, Be LOHAS offers also Western delights like SPicy Black Pepper Sauce Steak, Aglio Olio Spaghetti, Pesto Sauce Spaghetti, and Soy Cheese Baked Spiral with Tomato Sauce. Out Bamboo Veggie Burget arrives in hearty portion, having alfafa sprout, tomato, lettuce, vegetarian burger patty, sandwiched within two fresh, fluffy charcoal bun.
