Signature Wagyu Burger RM80

Calling all beef burgers lover to devour into Signature at The Roof Burger of The Month in May – Signature Wagyu Beef Burger. A huge burger, sandwiching wagyu beef patty drizzled with truffle oil, pan-seared foie gras, smoked cheddar cheese, lettuce within two charcoal bun. Accompanied by deep fried onion ring and corn on the cob.

Giant Meat Ball Bomb Linguine

Giant, tennis ball size meatball shaped from ground Australian rib eye meat, served over a bed of al-dente linguine saute with tangy sweet Roma tomato sauce.

Cut through the monster meatball and surprise to find that it is stuffed with whole hard boiled egg.

Baramundi with Otak-otak Sauce

Moist, omega-high pan-seared baramundi set off by a crispy layer of skin, best to go with 3 dipping sauce served along. Come with a side of refreshing, appetizing Vietnamese glass noodles. A lovely Asian twist combining favourites from two countries, reaching for a satisfying result.

Rogan Josh

Rogan Josh at Signature The Roof appear in the skewers way, as there is no thick, creamy gravy thickly dressed over lamb chunks, but aromatic spices rubbed over the meat, sectioned with grilled vegetables. Highly recommended dish. Comes with a bowl of rice (beautifully hidden in the coconut shell), mint sauce, acar and papadum.

Coco’s Nutz RM28

A visit to Signature at The Roof is incomplete without having a taste of the Specialty Cocktail. Each variety is unique on their own, from presentation to flavours! Coco’s Nutz put together Malibu, rum, banana liquer and coconut cream, transporting you straight to a tropical island at the first sip.

Watermelon Slush RM40

The photogenic cocktail that goes wild across the social media platform be it Facebook, Instagram, blogs or website. The halved watermelon is hollowed at the center to create a love shape, filled with vodka, Midori, lychee liquer and watermelon.

Hawaii 5-0 RM40

Smirnoff apple vodka, Frangelico, oraganic rasberry jam and fresh pineapple. Signature by the Hill at The Roof calls this as their “Best Newcomer”, so of course you have to give a try on this. Other choices such as Pink Elephant (refreshing sangria with a twist), Milo Ais (Milo with rum, baileys, kahlua), etc.. are noteworthy too.

How to go Signature by the Hill at The Roof from 1Utama Shopping Center?
From Popular Bookstore (Chatime at your right), turn left into a lane which shows you to 1st Avenue. Just walk straight, turn left, then turn right, you will reach few lifts. Take the lift down to concourse level, turn right, turn right again after the reception counter, you will reach another set of lift, which has Sky Level. Just press Sky Level to reach Signature on your left once getting out from the lift.
