Serena Brasserie Ramadan Buffet @ InterContinental Hotel KL

Serena Brasserie at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur Hotel offers a relaxing and spacious dining ambience, featuring wide spread of buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This June and the coming holy month of Ramadan, the restaurant proudly teams up with Chef Zamzani Abdul Wahab, the Malaysian Celebrity Chef to bring local cuisine experience to the next level.

The buffet with Chef Zam begin from 8th to 17th June 2015, priced at RM128nett per adult. It will continue from 18th June to 15th July 2015 as Serena Brasserie Buka Puasa Ramadan Buffet, priced at RM139nett per adult on the first and forth week of the Ramandan month, and RM152nett per adult on the second and third week of Ramadan.

Theme as “Selera Pantai Timur with Chef Zamzani” ( A Journey of Malaysian East Coast Flavours with Chef Zamzani), Chef Zam has specially crafted a rotational menu to ensure excellent variety and great tastes from the East Coast, only at Serena Brasserie at InterContinental for two weeks before the theme continued by the kitchen team for the rest of the Ramadan month.

Have a tantalizing start with tummy-warming soup lik Malay Ox Tail Soup, then proceed to appetizers that line up Kerabu Mango Muda, Paru Goreng Berempah, Pecal Jawa dengan Telur Puyuh, Ikan Bilis Goreng Bawang, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Taugeh, Ikan Masin, Ulam-Ulaman with Sambal and Jeruk, just to name a few.

Western salad with condiments, seafood on ice including pacific prawns, US and Fin de Claire oyster, Alaska king crab, slipper lobster, Harvey bay half shell scallop, NZ green lips mussels, further complement the starter section in InterContinental KL ramadan buffet.

Move on the Malay Island Counter that put together Gulai Daging, Ayam Rendang, Hati Ayam MAsak Kicap, Ketam Berlado, Lamb Shank Cooked with Umin and Tomato, Pucuk Manis dengan Ubi Keledek, Ikan Sembilang Salai Lemak Pucuk Paku, Gulai Telur Itik, Singang Stong Hitam and more.

Do not miss the traditional Terengganu favourites including Terengganu Bubur Lambuk, Nasi Dagang Terengganu with Gulai Ikan Tongkol, Nasi Minyak Terengganu with Gulai Daging, Nasi Kuning with Gulai Ayam, Laksa Terangganu Kuah Putih, and Mee Rebus Terangganu, also on rotation basis.
