InterContinental KL Hotel 2015 Handmade Mooncakes

InterContinental Kuala Lumpur Hotel celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival 2015 with exquisite mooncakes, handmade by award-winning chef Lo Tian Sion of Tao Chinese Cuisine Restaurant.

Taking on traditional-meets-modern concept, InterContinental KL this year’s mooncakes call for a collection of classic baked mooncakes and mini snowskin mooncakes, together with enriched ingredients such as Bamboo Charcoal Skin, Japanese Purple Potato Paste and Yam Omachi, “Red Prawn” Durian Paste, just to name a few.

Each mooncake is designed in InterContinental customized icon and imperial wording imprint, packed in vibrant gift boxes encased by a butterfly motif. Great gifting choice for friends and family with elements synonymous with ilusion of mid-autumn seasons’s flower blossoms on a night of moon-gazing.
