Tai Thong offers 3 types of Yee Sang this year, namely Fortune Yee Sang (Salmon & Snow Pear), Double Happinesss Yee Sang (Japanese Fish Roe & Prawns), and Golden Fortune Yee Sang (Assorted Fruits & Nuts), priced from RM68++ onwards.

Baked Dried Oyster Tart 千層香脆蠔皇酥 RM8.80++

While Summerkid like the Steamed Bamboo Rice with Chinese Waxed Meat, Summergirl’s favourite goes to Tai Thong Baked Dried Oyster Tart. Akin to Chinese savoury minced meat tart- crumbly crust as the base, but filled with dried oyster and flavourful sauce.

Steamed Triple Delight with Oyster Sauce 蠔汁釀三寶 RM9.80++

Last but not least, Steamed Triple Delight with Oyster Sauce, also one of our favourite in Tai Thong CNY Menu. Bouncy fish paste, topped over with ingredients that symbolizes good wealth in Chinese believes- mushroom, Chinese dried oyster, and sea moss in each, then dressed in Oyster Sauce.
