So Macau pork chop lovers who have been searching for a good one ever since the famous pork chop originated from Macau stopped operating in KL, you can now scream with joys! Even though Porco is an independent, local born brand but this doesn’t mean that they compromise the delicious taste of a Macau Pork Chop Bun! At there, she befriended chefs who are the expert of creating Macau Pork Chop Buns, leaning up the art of making this popular snack from a veteran who has spent his life cooking in a well-know pork chop bun restaurant in Macau. That being said, you can expect authentic Macau pork chop bun close to the original version at Porco Macau Pork Chop Buns Lot 10. Not bad huh?

Menu here is pretty simple. Marinated pork chop taking the center stage, the main star and proteins. Served with baguatte bread, rice or noodles. Price from RM13.90 to RM14.90. Make it into a set by adding a glass of Macau Milk Tea, and the price will be RM15.90 to RM17.90.

Our must-order is none other but this Macau Pork Chop Bun. Thick, juicy, flavourful pork chops with a little caramelized edges, sandwiched within crusty outside, chewy within halved baguatte bun. Every piece of pork chop in Porco is painstakingly pounded with mallet, tenderizing and flattening the meat to give it a better absorption later when marinated with rice wine, brandy, spices and other secret ingredients. The marination takes about a day. Laborious and time-consuming but it is all worth for the team when seeing happily tuck into their lovely pork chop.
